AirCast Antennas is committed to your satisfaction and will replace your antenna or refund your purchase.
AirCast Antennas carry a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty. The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, and/or malfunctions or fails due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, tampering, or modification of the product. The warranty does not apply if the product is used in a manner that does no comply with product instructions or in situations resulting from acts of nature, such as damage caused by wind, lightning, ice or corrosive environments such as salt spray and acid rain.
If you receive a defective product, AirCast Antennas will repair or replace the product. The warranty covers only the antenna and kit contents (i.e. mast and cable). No liability outside the product itself is implied.
AirCast Antennas currently offers shipping within the United States. You may choose to ship orders via ground, 2-day, 3-day, and overnight delivery.
Most Orders Ship Same Day
Most online orders received by 12:00 PM PST will ship the same day. Orders on Fridays after 12:00 PM PST and orders on weekends will not ship until the Monday of the following week. We do not ship packages on legal U.S. holidays.

For your convenience, we have added a shipping calculator to the shopping cart so you can quickly check the cost of shipping without having to go through the checkout process.
P.O. Boxes as Shipping Address
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Using a P.O. Box address as the shipping address during order checkout will delay your order as we seek to obtain an alternate shipping address for the order.

You may return your antenna for a replacement or refund within 30-days of receiving your order. The antenna must be returned in its original condition (opened or unopened) and must not be damaged due to incorrect installation.
Please Note: AirCast Antennas is not responsible for installation errors. Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee is ONLY valid for items purchased via AirCastAntennas.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Reasons a Return May Be Refused:
- Original packaging is missing, incomplete, damaged or defaced.
- Accessories, manuals, or other original components missing or damaged.
- Product is not in acceptable resale condition (scratched, damaged, or other product altering effects).
- No return authorization (RMA#) number on outside of package.
- Product returned with inadequate postage or “Postage Due”.
- Product returned after 30-day return period.
- Original order shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns require a return authorization (RMA#) number.
- We only process returns for items purchased from AirCastAntennas.Com.
- Refunds may be issued within 30 days of receipt.
- Customers are responsible to cover shipping expense for returns.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns, exchanges, or refunds. To obtain an RMA, please call our Customer Service at (888) 324-3052 or send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to cover return shipping costs. When returning, be sure to enclose the antenna in a prepaid package and write the RMA number in large, clear numbers on a white label located on the outside of the package. Shipments without an RMA number(s) will be refused.
